The Franklin Court on-site underground parking garage has four levels containing 425 parking spaces, providing a parking ratio of 1/1000 square feet. Newly renovated to include new lighting, paint, and signage.

Washington, D.C. is one of the top 20 bike-friendly cities in the U.S. with miles of bike lanes throughout the city.  For those tenants that enjoy the convenience of the biking lanes surrounding the building, our secure, on-site bike facility is fully equipped with air pumps and lockers.

Car Washing Station

For a quick clean up and maintenance, Franklin Court offers tenants the convenience of an air pump and window washing equipment.
